What is a Medicinal Tea Ceremony?
A medicinal tea ceremony is a ritualized practice that blends the art of tea preparation with the principles of herbalism and mindfulness. Artfully crafted by Clinical Herbalist Court Conwell, you will have three homemade teas to choose from - Detox, Heart Opening and Anti-Inflammatory. Guided by Court, the ceremony focuses on the healing properties of the plants and the intentional well-being of the participants.
Who is your guide?
Court Conwell, CH is a clinical herbalist, death doula, medicine maker, mushroom and flower essence practitioner and founder of Golden Labyrinth Alchemy. She continued her education graduating from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Her journey to become an herbalist started long ago from a sense of longing for connection, guiding her to take refuge in the sanctuary of plants. She asked for their guidance, listened and they answered, leading her back to where she was meant to be with a deep knowing that those experiences must be nurtured and shared. The medicine of plants aids us in bridging our inner and outer landscapes allowing us to repair our relationship with ourselves, each other and the Earth. Her practice is eclectic as it draws from many modalities such as western herbalism, TCM and medical astrology.
